Build all ingredients in a Cocktail Shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain into a chilled Nick & Nora stemmed glass. Garnish with a lime or lemon twist. Cheers!
1 oz. Arugula infused gin
1/2 oz. Yellow chartreuse
1/2 oz. Luxardo maraschino
3/4 oz. Lime juice
Arugula infused gin
750 ml. gin
2 bunches of Vision Greens Arugula (just the leaves)
Blend the gin and arugula together in a blender until liquid. Fine strain with cheese cloth to remove all arugula matter. Place the mixture in the freezer until ready to use in order to maintain its vibrant, dark green colour.
