Vision Greens is a Welland, Ontario-based vertical farm using proprietary growing technology to bring Clean, Better Tasting Greens to consumers. Founders, Employees, and Investors are purpose driven individuals, including members of the Canadian Grocery Segment, intent on changing Canada’s food system by making sustainable locally grown produce available throughout the year at an affordable price.

Our line of leafy greens is available at quality grocers across Ontario and includes Crunchy Green Leaf Lettuce, Fancy Premium Lettuce Mix, Crispy Baby Romaine Lettuce, Crunchy Red Leaf Lettuce, Zesty Arugula and Living Genovese Basil.

Karen is a pedigreed consumer packaged goods (CPG) and retail marketer having worked as a Marketing leader in the food industry for 5 Fortune 500 companies. She holds an MBA with distinction and has specific expertise in marketing strategy, retail activation and social and digital media.

Walter is a seasoned CPG sales professional who excels in customer relationship management. Growing sales at Tier 1 companies such as Coca-Cola and Kraft Foods, and later Reunion Coffee and Dufflet Pastries, Walter has proven his ability to deliver high levels of profitable sales across categories. Walter joined us to leverage his talents specifically within the Foodservice sector.

Mitch was previously at PepsiCo where he represented the full Frito-Lay snack portfolio in the Ontario sales region. Prior to joining PepsiCo, Mitch worked in agricultural sales for several years, studied agricultural economics at the University of Saskatchewan and graduated with an Honours degree in Economics from McMaster University.

Eric has over 17 years experience in facilities maintenance and logistics management including positions held with Hilton Worldwide, Compass Group Canada, and Niagara’s Ravine Vineyard as Facilities & Logistics Manager. Eric is a strong team leader who understands the requirements of a growing business having been the owner of a successful small business for 6 years.

Lenny's background roots in tech, having spent 12 years at Microsoft in various leadership positions as well as a VP at SAP. Lenny is also the former Country Director and GM of Tesla Canada. There he successfully grew Tesla's market share, expanded the number of locations and transformed the customer experience to make Canada a top performing region. Prior to Vision Greens, Lenny was the CCO of dosist, an LA based cannabis wellness company, and was responsible for leading the aggressive expansion of the business across North America.

COO
Oliver is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years experience in Financial Control and Business Development with specific expertise in strategic growth planning. Prior to joining Vision Greens, Oliver headed up the Internal Audit Division at an International organization with 4 Revenue Centres including Travel & Tourism and Global Shipping. Throughout his executive career, Oliver has been responsible for the expansion and development of several companies.
