Ingredients
2 cups torn Vision Greens Crisp Romaine Lettuce
1 frozen banana
1 ½ cups almond milk
1 Tbsp chia seeds
1 Tbsp honey
½ cup diced apple
Instructions
Add all ingredients into a blender. If you’d like a sweeter smoothie, add the honey, but if not, simply omit.
Process until smooth
Pour into glasses and enjoy
